How often do you recharge your phone? Do you get concerned when your phone battery goes below 10%? What’s more important to you—your life or your phone? This is not a rant about technology, or phones.
Seasons…I love the change of seasons. Spring becomes Summer. Summer becomes Fall. Fall becomes Winter. It’s as predictable as the sun coming up tomorrow…And it always makes me think deeply about all of the possibilities of what’s next!
Many don’t realize how many volunteer leadership opportunities exist within the AAF. At each and every level of the AAF, there are numerous opportunities for you to step up and stand out through volunteering your time and talents to the AAF.
As you well know, the AAF has always been deeply invested and involved in Advertising Education. In fact, it’s one of our four strategic focus areas (along with Policy & Advocacy, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Events & Experiences).
I remember an epic summer road trip from Nashville to the West Coast with 3 of my College buddies—Lance, Randy, Deano and me—way back in the day. (It seemed like a good idea at the time.)
All across our great country, millions of vaccines have been administered, state by state mask mandates have been lifted, Social Distancing restrictions and capacity limits are being revisited.
In a normal year, we’d all be packing up and getting ready to head out to some really nice place for our annual weeklong AAF ADMERICA National Conference.
Connections…Power the AAF. As you well know, the AAF is the only advertising, marketing and media industry trade organization that includes members across all disciplines and career levels in advertising.
As easy as 1-2-3. It is AAF American Advertising Awards season once again and that means that the best creative advertising work produced in 2020, from across North America, is being recognized and honored as we speak.
