Insights from Steve Pacheco

President & CEO, American Advertising Federation

The value of your AAF Membership is ultimately defined by you.

Some AAF Members see real value in tapping in to our grass roots network all across North America. It lets them connect with other Advertising, Marketing and Media pros from Coast to Coast while sharing Best Practices and helping with contacts and Business Development. Some find value in signature recognition events such as the American Advertising Awards, Advertising Hall of Fame and the Advertising hall of Achievement.

Other AAF Members are seeing extraordinarily high value in our world-class programming and others seek membership because the AAF Mosaic Center is widely recognized as the leader in Diversity & Inclusion within the Advertising, Marketing and Media industries with Most Promising Multicultural Students program, The Mosaic10 and more.

For others, it is the benefits they receive through our lobbying efforts.

AAF Education programs take place year round and serve thousands of our student members, nearly 200 college and university chapters and faculty advisors and professors all across North America with valuable “real life” programs like the National Student Advertising Competition (NSAC), the AAF AdCamps and the Student Advertising Career Conference—all of which get students in front of Advertising, Marketing and Media industry decision makers and influencers to help them start or build a successful career. It’s nearly impossible to place a value on such opportunity.

No matter where you see the best value for your AAF Membership—I think we can all agree that it’s worth way more than what you give to be an AAF Club Member.

The AAF should be an essential part of your network and can be leveraged for maximum value by getting involved and staying engaged with AAF programs and events.

Let us know how we can make your AAF Membership even more valuable for you and your company. We’d love to hear from you. Take care. Stay safe. Be well.
