Erin Quintana

Executive Vice President, Client Managing Partner, UM/J3 

A Bronx native, Erin has spent over 16 years in marketing and media, with 14 of those dedicated to Johnson & Johnson. 

Recently promoted to Executive Vice President, Client Managing Partner, Erin is charged with rolling out the U.S. portion of J3’s new innovative and integrated marketing communications strategies. 

Since joining J3 in 2007, Erin has been part of several media and creative teams servicing Johnson & Johnson brands. Most recently, she oversaw the development of the Johnson’s Baby Before/After campaign. The program profiled nine moms and their expectations before and after their pregnancy. In 2014, she was a member of the award-winning J3 team who took home the Agency Partnership Award (both global and North America) for their Grow Your Game campaign for Rogaine. 

Erin’s portfolio includes work on iconic Johnson & Johnson brands such as Band-Aid, Neutrogena, Listerine and Johnson’s Baby. Prior to her tenure at J3, Erin spent time working on the client side at Clairol/P&G, managing their hair care and hair color portfolio of brands. Most recently, Erin led the media charge on Clean & Clear’s See the Real Me program, a series of 122 (to date) YouTube videos designed to spotlight courageous, real girls as they individually take you on their journey of self-expression. 

In 2014, Erin was honored by the Advertising Women of New York (AWNY) as Working Mother of the Year, an accolade of which she is most proud.
