President, Ogilvy New York

Lauren has led Ogilvy’s New York office since May 2019 as Executive Partner, President, New York. She oversees all aspects of the office's integrated business which spans six core capabilities: Advertising, Brand Strategy, Customer Engagement & Commerce, Digital Transformation, Public Relations & Influence, and Partnerships. Today, Ogilvy New York is the largest local office in Ogilvy’s worldwide network.

Lauren previously served as Ogilvy's Chief Marketing Officer, Worldwide. As Ogilvy’s chief brand champion, Lauren led overall brand strategy, global communications, social media, and corporate responsibility on behalf of the company. Under Lauren’s leadership, Ogilvy was widely recognized including being named Global Agency of the Year (2016) by Adweek, EFFIEs World’s Most Effective Agency Network (2012, 2013, 2016), and Stand Out Agency (2012, 2013, 2016) by Advertising Age, among others. Lauren joined the agency in 2004 and became the agency's youngest director of business development three years later. She took on the role of North American Chief Marketing Officer in 2010 and was elevated, two years later, to worldwide CMO. 

Lauren currently serves on the Board of Directors for the American Advertising Federations’ (AAF) and MAKERS. She is also a member of the Time’s Up Advertising steering committee. Lauren lives in New York City with her husband Jason, two kids Drake and Scarlett, and dog Charlie.
