American Advertising Foundation
The American Advertising Foundation is a charitable (501c3) service arm of the American Advertising Federation that exists primarily to identify, nurture, prepare and advocate for diverse and inclusive talent for the advertising, media and marketing industries.
Mission
The American Advertising Foundation strives to develop initiatives centered on diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging. These initiatives champion and celebrate a culture of personal & professional development, prepare the next generation of diverse leaders, and equips current changemakers to grow and thrive in the dynamic and competitive advertising, media and marketing landscape. Our investments in people, programs and platforms that support and drive this mission are intended to ensure that emerging and existing leaders in these highly competitive industries are better equipped to make a meaningful difference in our world.
