Maryland Digital Ad Tax

Annapolis, MD, February 11, 2021
—AAF Maryland Leaders: The Maryland House of Delegates is expected to vote this afternoon on overriding Governor Hogan’s veto of the digital advertising tax. If the vote is successful theSenatecould vote as soon as tomorrow.

This is our last opportunity to contact lawmakers and urge them to vote against overriding the veto. The digital ad tax is bad for Maryland, bad for business and bad for consumers.

Thank you for all you do for the advertising industry.
