Criteria for Election
Nominees must be 40 years old or younger at the time of nomination and employed in the American advertising industry — agency, client or media. They are evaluated based on the following criteria:

  • Outstanding career achievements, with measurable results, in the field of advertising, whether in publishing, marketing, sales, or media.
  • Qualities that motivate others to excel, by mentoring, inspiring, training or volunteering.
