Joe Piscopo to Make Command Repeat Appearance at 2007 ADDY

Join the AAF in Celebrating the Year's Winners for the Best in Advertising

WASHINGTON, D.C.—In a command repeat appearance, acclaimed comedian and actor Joe Piscopo, former cast member of Saturday Night Live, will be the celebrity master of ceremonies at the American Advertising Federation's (AAF) ADDY®Awards on June 9, 2007. Piscopo joins the AAF again this year, and will perform his Frank Sinatra impersonation, complete with a live orchestra. The ADDY Awardsare the premier advertising awards show and will be held in conjunction with the AAF National Conference 2007in Louisville, Ky. The ceremony will feature the announcement of award winners, including the coveted ADDY Best of Show.

Advertisers have long appreciated Piscopo's unique relationship with his public. He has been featured in two long-running ad campaigns including Miller Lite Beer and Bally's Health Spas. Television, film, theater, and nightclubs are all areas in which Joe Piscopo was won the acclaim and affections of millions. For nearly 20 years, Piscopo has proven to be one of show business' brightest lights. By the time Piscopo left Saturday Night Live in 1985, he had left his mark not only on the renowned television program but on the nation as well, thanks to his wide range of hilarious original characters and celebrity impersonations, including Frank Sinatra who repeatedly endorsed Piscopo's portrayal of him.
