    — Purchases $0.01–$39.99 = $5.00
    — Purchases $40.00–$99.99 = $12.00
    — Purchases $100.00 and up = $15.00
  • The AAF does not supply receipts. PayPal issues receipts. Print the receipt that is e-mailed to your account. If you have an established PayPal account, download the receipt that is in your transaction history.
  • We do not accept purchase orders or international orders. (Shipments only made to addresses in the United States)
